Shipping Policy
Creation Gallery's processing policy is between 2-5 business days (excluding weekends). Worldwide shipments take up to 30 business days to be delivered once shipped.
Only estimated times are given once purchased.
Creation Gallery does not accept the responsibility for lost, damaged, or stolen goods once your order is shipped. However, we will investigate the matter and ensure we and the shipping carrier resolve the issue.
All deliveries are posted to the address you provide, please make sure your order dispatch email is the right one. Creation Gallery does not accept the responsibility for misinformation or incomplete addresses provided by customers. However, we will look into the situation and solve the matter with an effective solution.
Return & Exchange Policy
There are no returns for items purchased via the "Creation and Glory Girls" sections. Unless otherwise noted, Illustration items such as Food Art, Animated Ink Original Comic Characters, Children Art and Fashion Pieces may be returned within 20 days from the date of purchase. These returns must be in accordance with the shipping and handling conditions stated below:
All eligible items returned to the store must be returned in their original, saleable condition.
If not, we will not accept your return or refund your purchase because of the damage.
Return shipping costs are solely at your cost. Your refund shall reflect the total amount you paid for the product(s) less a 10% handling fee for processing the return. You will not be refunded the original shipping costs.
Furthermore, we do accept order cancellation requested within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.
Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. However, we do accept commission works that will be done in the artist's style.
